What I need to know:

1. Quantity - If you don't know that yet, that's fine.

2. Size:  Specify largest dimension, like "3 inches wide" or "4.5 inches high"

3. Your zipcode:  I have to have your zipcode before giving you prices.

4. Attach a .jpg graphic of your design. Please DO NOT email .PDF's or .DOC's.

Telephone - Please don't telephone!.  Telephone calls take forever and I can't give out quotes by phone anyway.  If you're interested in prices (and who isn't), I'll need to see the shapes and have all the details and zip code recorded in an email.  (I don't record things on scraps of paper, I use email and a database for that).  If you're a past customer, I'd rather you email me also, but if you have to call about something, you can call the number on your invoice.

Fax - ok, but fax machines always shrink your original by as much as 10%, So you must SPECIFY A DIMENSION on the fax or we won't know how large the cutters should be. And don't forget to include an email address so we can reply.  To fax from a fax machine, use the fax number . If someone answers, just say a fax is being sent, otherwise wait til the end of the voice message,  then press "START" on your fax machine.  If you are sending your fax from a computer it probably won't work, since it will hear our voice recording and probably will quit. In that case, please email us.
